Coach Julie Frey
Hi! I'm Julie, a mental performance coach, mom, and passionate advocate for youth athletes. With a master's degree in Sport & Exercise Performance Psychology and 28 years of experience in clinical bodywork, movement, and performance, I've developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. Growing up as a ballerina, I developed an early appreciation for the discipline, dedication, and mental demands of performance. Dance taught me that athletic success requires more than physical ability, it takes focus, confidence, resilience, and the courage to keep going when things don't go as planned. I love helping young athletes discover their strengths, develop confidence, and learn that mistakes don't define them. My coaching style is supportive, interactive, and personalized. I want every athlete I work with to feel comfortable being themselves while also being challenged to grow. I believe the greatest victories aren't always found on the scoreboard. Sometimes they're found in the courage to try again, the ability to bounce back after a setback, or the confidence to believe in yourself when things get tough.
